How can I register for a TOEFL ITP Certificate of Achievement?
- Each candidate receives a TOEFL ITP Certificate of Achievement only once for each test.
- To qualify for a Certificate of Achievement, candidates must have a valid Score Certificate with a minimum score of 460 and complete the registration process at least 14 days before its expiration date.
- To request a Certificate of Achievement, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam Office and provide the following:
1. Original ID card/Citizen ID card used for exam registration.
2. One photocopy of the Score Certificate.
3. A issuance fee of 260,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 15 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.

Candidates have the option to register for express delivery service to have their test results sent to their home address. Please arrange this service on your exam day and discuss the details directly with the Exam Supervisor. Please note that additional courier services will not be available after the test date.
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
