In such cases, candidates are required to obtain an official verification letter from the institution, containing the following details: Student’s personal information; major/field of study; type of education program; cohort year; the reason for issuance/reason for the absence of a Student ID card; validity period of the verification letter; official stamp of the institution, and the signature of the authorized representative.

IIG Vietnam will recognize the validity of the verification letter based on the duration specified by the institution. For verification letters without a stated validity period, IIG Vietnam will consider them valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
