What are the policies for rescheduling and cancelling MCF/MCE exam at IIG Vietnam?
- The deadline to request a test reschedule or cancellation is 2 days (for test sessions from Tuesday to Sunday) and 3 days(for test sessions on Monday) before the test date .
Fees:
- Rescheduling: 50% of the exam fee.
- Cancellation: A 50% refund of the registration fee if canceled on time.
For registrations through another agency or the test site, please contact the respective agency or test site for detailed information.

Không giới hạn về số lần thi trong 1 năm. Nếu thí sinh thi không đạt lần 1, sẽ cần phải chờ ít nhất 24h để được thi lại. Nếu thí sinh thi không đạt lần 2, chỉ có thể thi lại sau ít nhất 48h.

Lưu ý: Đối với thí sinh chưa đủ tuổi làm CMND/CCCD và không có Hộ chiếu, TS cần mang theo Bản sao giấy khai sinh và Giấy xác nhận có ảnh theo mẫu của IIG Việt Nam cùng các giấy tờ liên quan (nếu được yêu cầu). Đối với người nước ngoài bắt buộc sử dụng Hộ chiếu (bản gốc, còn hạn)
- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before attempting the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt, you should wait 72 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your third or fourth attempt, you must wait a minimum of 7 days before attempting it again.
- You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts for the same exam within a year.
- Once you pass the exam, you are not eligible for a retake.
