How can I request a reissuance of MOS/IC3 Certificates?
- Each individual is eligible to receive an MOS/IC3 Certificate only once as per our regulations.
- To request a reissued certificate, candidates must visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and provide the following documents:
1. The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for MOS/IC3 test registration along with a photocopy.
2. An online MOS/IC3 certificate.
3. The fee for certificate reissuance, which is 120,000 VND.
- The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- Candidates who successfully complete any exam will receive a Certificate specific to that exam.
- After completing the exam, candidates can immediately view their scores and download the Certificate with an online badge from the Certiport website at www.certiport.com.

- The IC3 - Digital Literacy Certification is globally recognized for computer and Internet proficiency, is granted ed by Certiport, USA. You can find the certification access code at the bottom right of the Certificate.
- The MOS certification access code is located in the bottom left corner of the Certificate.
