I received an email with the Candidate ID number and test room details. However, when I clicked on the link in the email to print the test admission ticket, the screen prompted me to log in to the account. After logging in, I couldn't see the registration history to print the test admission ticket.

This situation can occur when your account registration email is different from the email registered to receive the Candidate ID number and test room details (in the registration form). If you used the email used in the registration form when clicking on the link instead of your account registration email, it can lead to a login error.

To resolve this, please log in with your account registration email to download and print your test admission ticket.
