What are the policies for canceling the TOEIC Speaking & Writing test?
Regarding exam cancellations:
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- To initiate the exam cancellation process, you can prepare a Letter of Authorization using the provided form. The authorized representative should bring the ID card/Citizen ID card of both the authorizer and the authorized person, the Letter of Authorization, and the Test Admission Form.

To register for the TOEFL iBT test, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the ETS website and complete the registration process online.
- During registration, provide your personal information, select your preferred test date, and choose a test venue in Vietnam.
- An international payment card is required to pay the exam fee online.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test ticket.
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) if you register at IIG Vietnam office in person
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for the delivery.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
