What are the policies for rescheduling and cancelling MOS and IC3 tests at IIG Vietnam?
- The deadline for rescheduling or cancellation the test is two days before the test date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the test fee.
- Candidates can receive a 50% refund of the test fee if they cancel the test within the specified time frame.
- If you registered at a different Test Site or agency, please get in touch with the respective test site or agency directly for assistance.
- To reschedule or cancellation the test date, candidates may authorize another person to complete the procedure on their behalf by providing a signed Letter of Authorization (using IIG Vietnam's template). The authorized person must bring the following documents: a copy of the candidate’s ID (original or photocopy), copy of the authorized person’s ID, the authorization letter and test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.

Đi kèm với mỗi chứng chỉ là 1 mã nhận diện Credential Identification Code (CIC), thí sinh có thể sử dụng CIC này để xem chứng chỉ online mà không cần đăng nhập. - If you do not pass one of the three IC3 component exams on your first attempt, please wait for a minimum of 24 hours before attempting to retake that specific component exam.
- If you do not pass the same component exam on your second attempt or subsequent attempts, you should wait for at least 48 hours before trying that component exam again.
- You have the option to move on to another component exam immediately after an unsuccessful attempt. For instance, if you fail the Computing Fundamentals exam, you can proceed to take the Key Applications or Living Online exam right away.
