- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.

Candidates have the option to register for express delivery service to have their test results sent to their home address. Please arrange this service on your exam day and discuss the details directly with the Exam Supervisor. Please note that additional courier services will not be available after the test date.

- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) for the delivery.
