- Học viên chuẩn bị tham gia thi các chứng chỉ này cần có khoảng 150 giờ học tập hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tiễn với các nội dung của từng chứng chỉ
- Đây là các chứng chỉ cấp độ đầu tiên trong chương trình các chứng chỉ dựa trên vai trò của Microsoft, là bước nền tảng để thi tiếp các chứng chỉ cấp độ Cộng sự (Associate) và Chuyên gia (Expert) của Microsoft

The ACpro Certificate can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A digital copy of ACpro certificate
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before attempting the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt, you should wait 72 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your third or fourth attempt, you must wait a minimum of 7 days before attempting it again.
- You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts for the same exam within a year.
- Once you pass the exam, you are not eligible for a retake.
