회원가입 시 사용한 이메일과 응시원서 접수 시 입력한 수험번호 및 시험실 안내 받을 이메일이 다른데, 수험표 출력을 위해 출력 안내를 어느 이메일로 받는 건가요?
- 회원가입용 이메일은 홈페이지에서 접수내역 확인 및 수험표 출력을 위한 로그인용 이메일입니다.
- 응시원서에서의 수험번호 안내 수신용 이메일은 접수결과 및 수험번호부여 등의 시험 안내 받을 이메일입니다.
회원가입용 이메일이 시험 안내 수신용 이메일과 다른 경우, 다음과 같은 두 가지 방법으로 수험표를 출력할 수 있습니다.
1방법 : 링크https://online.iigvietnam.com접속=> 회원가입용 이메일을 사용하여 개인 계정으로 로그인 =>웹 사이트 메뉴바에서의 개인 계정 이름 클릭 => ‘시험 접수 이력’ 선택 =>’수험표 출력’을 클릭합니다.
2방법 : 수험번호 안내 수신용 이메일에 로그인하여 수험번호 안내메일 확인=> 메일에서 수험표 출력 링크 클릭 =>회원가입용 이메일을 사용하여 개인 계정으로 로그인 =>웹 사이트 메뉴바에서의 개인 계정 이름 클릭 => ‘시험 접수 이력’ 선택 =>’수험표 출력’을 클릭합니다.

이전 시험 접수 시 회윈가입한 계정으로 다음 시험 접수가 가능합니다. 시험 접수 이력이 있는 응시자의 경우, 이전 회차 시험에 입력된 지원자의 정보를 자동으로 추출하여 해당 회차 시험을 위한 응시원서 인터페이스에 표시할 것이다. 응시원서상 영문성명, 생년월일, 성별에 대한 정보를 제외하고 기타 정보는 수정이 가능합니다.
- To register for the exam, you need to create an account on the online registration page of IIG Vietnam at topik.iigvietnam.com and complete the application form by carefully following the provided instructions.
- To complete the registration process, you must make the payment within 30 minutes after submitting the information and reaching the payment page. After this time, if the payment is not made, you will need to restart the registration process.
- Registration is only available during the specified registration period. Once the registration deadline expires or the system reaches the maximum number of candidates, the registration portal will be closed, and additional registrations will not be possible.
- It is important to fill in all the required fields correctly and thoroughly on the online registration page. Follow the instructions to upload a 3×4cm photo and provide identification documents as specified. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and any violations will be subject to the relevant regulations.
