- The deadline for rescheduling or cancellation the test is two days before the test date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the test fee.
- Candidates can receive a 50% refund of the test fee if they cancel the test within the specified time frame.
- If you registered at a different Test Site or agency, please get in touch with the respective test site or agency directly for assistance.
- To reschedule or cancellation the test date, candidates may authorize another person to complete the procedure on their behalf by providing a signed  Letter of Authorization (using IIG Vietnam's template). The authorized person must bring the following documents: a copy of the candidate’s ID (original or photocopy), copy of the authorized person’s ID, the authorization letter and test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.

If you want someone else to collect your exam results, follow these steps:
1. Provide a handwritten letter of authorization including the authorized person's full details.
2. The authorized person must visit IIG Vietnam, bringing their own ID card/Citizen card/Passport, the letter of authorization, and the test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
