To register for the ACpro exam:
- Visit online.iigvietnam.com and create an account if you don't have one.
- Go to "Test registration," choose "IT exams," and select your desired exam.
- Provide your information, select an exam schedule, and pay the exam fee.
- Check your "Test registration history" and print the test admission form.
- Bring the test admission form and ID documents to your scheduled exam.

- After completing the test, you can view your test scores and access your online certificate by logging in at: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx. You'll use the same username and password provided for the test.
- Hard copies of IC3/MOS/IC3 Spark certificates will be sent out approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the test. These certificates are dispatched from Certiport, USA.
- To receive your certificate, you have the option to pick it up in person at the IIG Vietnam office. However, if you registered through another agency, it will be available for collection there.
- For candidates in Ho Chi Minh City, please check your IC3 Spark test results on the official website of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.

If you want someone else to collect your exam results, follow these steps:
1. Provide a handwritten letter of authorization including the authorized person's full details.
2. The authorized person must visit IIG Vietnam, bringing their own ID card/Citizen card/Passport, the letter of authorization, and the exam registration form.
