- After completing the test, you can view your test scores and access your online certificate by logging in at: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx. You'll use the same username and password provided for the test.
- The physical ACpro certificates will be received approximately 4 - 6 weeks later, sent from Certiport USA. You can collect them directly from the IIG Vietnam office. However, if you registered through another agency, it will be available for collection there.

If candidates are unable to personally collect their Score Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport, the Letter of Authorization and test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
