What are the policies for canceling the TOEIC test?
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.

To register for the TOEFL iBT test, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the ETS website and complete the registration process online.
- During registration, provide your personal information, select your preferred test date, and choose a test venue in Vietnam.
- An international payment card is required to pay the exam fee online.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test ticket.
'To register for the exam, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the registration portal https://registration.iigvietnam.com/ and log in/register an account.
Step 2: Select "Test Registration", upload images of your identification documents and a 3x4 portrait photo.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, then in the "English Tests" section, select your desired exam and then click on "Continue".
Step 4: In the "Select exam schedule" section, select "Exam area", "Exam date" and additional services if needed.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on the occupation you have registered.
Step 6: Confirm payment and proceed with the online payment as instructed.
Step 7: After successful payment, the registration portal will display both payment details and test registration information, and the same information will also be sent to your registered email.
Step 8: Wait for the application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
