[Announcement] IIG Vietnam Launches 100% Online Registration for TOEIC and TOEFL Tests – Simple and Convenient!

Starting April 21, 2025, candidates can register for the TOEIC and TOEFL tests entirely online with just a few simple steps—anytime, anywhere. Selecting your preferred test date and location is now more flexible than ever, allowing you to plan according to your personal schedule without needing to visit the IIG Vietnam office in person.

IIG Vietnam is pleased to announce that from April 21, 2025, registration for the following English standardized tests will be conducted exclusively online via our official registration portal: https://online.iigvietnam.com

Applicable tests:

TOEIC Listening & Reading
TOEIC Speaking & Writing
TOEIC Speaking
TOEFL ITP

With just 15 minutes, you can complete your registration for the TOEIC or TOEFL test online by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the test registration portal: https://online.iigvietnam.com/vi

Step 2: Select your desired test

Step 3: Enter your personal information, test details, and any additional services if needed

Step 4: Review and confirm your registration details

Step 5: Check the test fee based on your registered occupation

Step 6: Confirm and make your payment online following the instructions

Step 7: After a successful payment, your registration details and payment confirmation will be displayed and sent to your registered email

Step 8: Wait for IIG Vietnam to approve your application

Note:
Candidates who registered before April 21, 2025 and have been scheduled to complete the registration in person must still visit the IIG Vietnam office as instructed.
