What documents do I need to bring when collecting the TOEFL ITP Score Certificate at the IIG Vietnam office?
- To collect the TOEFL ITP Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
1. Valid identification documents used for test registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
2. Registration form.
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.

Per our regulations, each individual is provided with a TOEFL ITP Score Certificate only once, and as such, we do not reissue it in case of loss. However, if candidates wish to submit their TOEFL ITP Score Certificates to companies or organizations, IIG Vietnam can facilitate this by sending the certified copy of the Score Certificates directly to the requesting company or organization by mail.
To use this service, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam office at least 14 days before the Score Certificate's expiration date and bring the following:
1. The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for TOEFL ITP test registration along with one photocopy.
2. A fee of 120,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- Copies will be sent to the desinated organization approximately two weeks after the request.
- To be eligible for a verification letter of test result, candidates must achieve a minumum score of 360.
- To request a verification letter of the test result while registering for the exam, pay an additional fee of 120,000 VND along with your exam fee. You will receive the verification letter when you collect your Score Certificate.
- For the request made after the Score Certificate is available, candidates will need to register for both verification letter and certified copy services at the same time as the verification letter is only valid when submitted with the score certificate. The verification letter of test result, along with a copy of the Score Certificate, will be sent by post directly to the institution or organization requested by the candidate.
This document will not be sent directly to the candidate. To be eligible, you must register for this service at least 14 days before your Score Certificate's expiration date. When registering, visit IIG Vietnam office with the following documents:
- A photocopy of the TOEIC Score Certificate
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card, which you used to register for the exam.
- A photocopy of the TOEIC Score Certificate
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- Certified copies and verification letters will be sent to the designated organization around two weeks after the request is made. The combined fee for both of these services, along with the delivery fee, is 240,000 VND.
- To request a verification letter of the test result while registering for the exam, pay an additional fee of 120,000 VND along with your exam fee. You will receive the verification letter when you collect your Score Certificate.
- For the request made after the Score Certificate is available, candidates will need to register for both verification letter and certified copy services at the same time as the verification letter is only valid when submitted with the score certificate. To be eligible, you must register for this service at least 14 days before your Score Certificate's expiration date and have scored 200 or more. When registering, visit IIG Vietnam office with the following documents:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card, which you used to register for the exam.
- A photocopy of the TOEIC Score Certificate (if your Score Certificate is lost, a photocopy of the ID card/Citizen ID card must be provided).
- A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate. (For paper-based TOEIC tests registered in person at IIG Vietnam office before 21/04/2025).
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- Certified copies and verification letters will be sent to the designated organization around two weeks after the request is made. The combined fee for both of these services, along with the delivery fee, is 240,000 VND.
